Mari Dumbaugh, PhD MSc BA
Dr. Dumbaugh, Principal & Lead Consultant, is experienced at every level of evaluation & research design, training, data collection, analysis & reporting. She is first and co-author on a number of peer-reviewed publications and program evaluation reports.
Specializing in mixed-methods maternal, child, sexual & reproductive health, health behavior change & health social science research, Dr. Dumbaugh has collaborated as an evaluation and research consultant, worked as a field research coordinator and research assistant on a wide variety of projects including large-scale quantitative surveys, in-depth qualitative studies and extensive academic and policy reviews. She has worked in sub-Saharan Africa & Southeast Asia, collaborating with a number of internationally-recognized institutions.
Past collaborating partners include high-ranking organizations and universities such as the World Health Organization, the International Rescue Committee, Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, University College London and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
Dr. Dumbaugh is a native English speaker, highly proficient in oral and written French & a beginning conversational Wolof & Kiswahili speaker.

Wyvine Bapolisi, MD MPH PhD
Wyvine Bapolisi is a medical doctor and health researcher, program evaluator and educator with more than 12 years of experience in her professional fields. Wyvine is originally from Bukau, South Kivu where she obtained her medical degree, and has worked as a clinician and academic.
Wyvine has a doctorate in Epidemiology which focused on mixed methods health program evaluation from the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute in Switzerland. Wyvine has worked on various research consultancies throughout her professional career.

Vanessa Di Cecco, MPH [PhD candidate]
Vanessa Di Cecco is a researcher, consultant, educator and evaluator in the fields of global health, international development and gender and sexuality. Originally from the US, she has dual US-Argentina citizenship and has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina since 2007. She has substantial knowledge of diverse Global South contexts, especially but not limited to Latin America, and has served as a consultant on international teams evaluating processes and programs in diverse regions. Her sociocultural epidemiological approach integrates social theory and qualitative and quantitative methods, with an emphasis on participatory research processes. She is presently completing her PhD at the University of Buenos Aires focused on generating methods to produce quantitative data regarding LGBTIQ+ populations in Argentina.
